Green Toys Review:

Start Simple: Recycled Plastic Milk Jugs  Green Toys uses recycled milk containers as the main ingredient in creating their toys. Yes, the exact plastic milk jugs that you and your family drink from every day. When you finish your milk and toss the container in the recycling bin, these milk containers are collected at your curb by a local recycling company, who then sorts them from all the other types of plastic. Next, the milk containers are reprocessed into super clean fresh plastic. For you plastic geeks, the plastic material they use is called high-density polyethylene (or HDPE). This material is considered one of the safest, cleanest plastics around.

I had the great pleasure to receive and review two different Green Toys.

Noah loved these blocks! He can't quite lock them by himself yet, but he loves to try and stack the blocks together.  He is also fascinated with placing the blocks in and out of the packaging that they arrived in!

The second toy that we received and reviewed was the Green Toys Stacker.  The Green Toys™ Stacker takes a classic toy and makes it safer and more playful. The eight whimsically colored nesting pieces stack easily from large to small, while also allowing little builders to use their imagination and stack in any order.  Little ones can develop hand-eye coordination and color recognition while having plenty of Good Green Fun™. Most importantly, the Green Toys Stacker is safe. Its unique design has no center post. No BPA, PVC, phthalates, or external coatings. This Stacker is made in the USA from 100% recycled plastic milk containers which save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.  Packaged using only recycled and recyclable materials and printed with soy inks.

Since Noah is at the age in which he likes to stack, this toy was PERFECT!  As you can see he stacked and unstacked and stacked and unstacked.  It actually gave me time to pack!

I was highly impressed with these products. Not only for their entertainment value, but their mantra to preserve the environment, while creating safe toys for Noah to play with.
