Eco Maternity Shirt Giveaway

I can't believe that we are already in our third trimester of our second pregnancy!  How time flies!


I am one of those people that refuses to buy some things at full price (well...unless I can find a great deal) - One of those things is maternity clothes.  I love maternity clothes - they can be cute, sassy, but just downright expensive.  So....most of my maternity clothes come from Kid to Kid or Ebay.


In my hunt for great maternity clothes, I ventured over to Etsy and found a retailer that was selling eco-friendly and very cute maternity shirts for a great price and I had to buy!  So....this is the shirt that I bought:

I did have to get a shirt bigger than what I normally wear, but I loved the fact that it was of an organic cotton AND had the greatest prints! Very creative and very very cute!!!


Well, in talking with Brittany about the shirts and sizing, I mentioned that I ran this blog and how wonderful my readers were, and she offered to provide one of her great eco-maternity shirts to one of my readers ..... and the best part is ..... you get to pick which one you want!  Awesome!


Eco Maternity Bio - In her own Words


Hi, I'm Brittany. Together with my husband, I run the Etsy shop http://www.ecomaternity.etsy.com. We started the shop when I was pregnant with our second daughter, and I was looking for eco-friendly maternity options that were affordable. I had a hard time finding anything, so we thought we would give it a go. We were screenprinting already through our other Etsy shop, so it seemed like a reasonable thing to do to work with maternity shirts also, and we found that we love it! There's something really amazing about knowing that the shirt you're printing is going to be worn by a special mom and baby, so it's a pretty awesome thing. Working with organic cotton is an added bonus, because these shirts really are soft. They are 100% cotton, and they're comfortable, which everybody can love, but perhaps especially someone who's pregnant can truly appreciate the most :). We use water-based inks and avoid harsh chemicals, and everything you see is screen-printed by hand, with care, one at a time, here in our home studio. We really love the Etsy community, which is so kind and happy, and that we can work with environmentally awesome shirts for new moms!
