Rockin' Green Cloth Diaper and Laundry Detergent Review & Giveaway
We cloth diaper.
Most of my followers are very well aware of this!
Since this has been a great learning process for us, we have encountered several challenges. The smell, the stains, the upfront cost, the best way to dry, the diaper pail...and on and on and on.
I recently had the pleasure of trying Rockin' Green Cloth Diaper and Laundry Detergent in the Lavender scent. I had tried a simple fragrance free detergent, that only caused diaper rash and then I went over to using plain baking soda and Borax. This homemade concoction worked well, but I was using SO much baking soda that it seemed silly at how fast I was going through those boxes.
I received three small sample packs of the Classic Rock Lavender Diaper Detergent and used the first packet to soak the diapers. What I liked about this detergent is that you can use it to soak the diapers first, if necessary, and then continue into the wash cycle without having to add additional detergent. Also, it takes very little detergent for a load of diapers, thus saving on the cost of the cleaner, along with reducing the frequency of purchase.
Once the diapers were done with the wash and double rinse cycle, I line dried the diapers and I noticed a SIGNIFICANT reduction in the existing stains as well as the natural scent was great!

because it’s a non-foaming formula, you don’t have to worry about using too much in your HE washer. Just use 1 Tbs per load.
