Reclaimed Vintage Cloth Napkin Set - Review and Giveaway

In our home, we recently started the Cloth Napkin Challenge.

Our challenge was to eliminate (or greatly reduce) the amount of paper towels and napkins that we use on a daily basis.

I recently found Once Again Recycled Designs on Etsy and was so excited for two reasons.  First was the fact that she was going to send me a set of cloth napkins to use and review.  Yeah!  That many less paper towels to throw in the dump!  More importantly, and the second reason that I was excited, was that she makes her cloth napkins out of reclaimed vintage fabrics and linens!

For those of you who follow Going Green with Noah, you know that the purpose of this blog is to introduce green ways of living and to promote sustainability in our environment.  This, my friends, is how you do it.  Once Again Recycled Designs does not purchase brand new fabrics to make these napkins!  The reclaimed fabrics and linens reduce the carbon footprint of manufacturing and shipping that would be necessary to purchase new linens.

I tip my hat!

The cloth napkins are 14" x 14" so they stand the test of a dinner mess!  The fabric is adorable and great for the summer.  They are designed and sewn with care and stand the test of the washing machine once dirtied.

These are great, durable napkins for a summer occasion, or just to replace a paper towel here and there while eating.

I can't wait to get more cloth napkins - saving the world - one meal at a time!
