EcoStore Review + Extra Entries in Giveaways Opportunity

Last month I was approached by Ecostoreusa.com to partner with them in a review of a couple of their eco-friendly products.

Ecostore was originally founded in New Zealand by a stay at home dad, where he and his family were living in an eco-village (how fun would that be!)

Determined to create and distribute products that were safe for our families and the environment, Ecostore worked with scientists to create plant based ingredients that would biodegrade safely and quickly.

Over the last 15 years, Ecostore has expanded worldwide and is now available to everyone!

I had the great pleasure to review two products.

The first product was the Baby Sleepytime Bath.  This aromatherapy blend of Lavender and Geranium creates a wonderfully relaxed aroma to help your little one sleep well. NO CHEMICALS are used in this bath additive, so it is safe to put into the water and release down the drain.

I was a little confused when I first used this product, as I thought it was a soap and not simply an additive, so you can imagine my surprise when I couldn't get it to lather :)  Once I realized what it was, it was much better.  We simply added it to the bathwater to create a relaxing atmosphere for Noah.  If you notice, Noah is taking his bath in a sink!  We decided to take this bath solution with us on vacation to help with the transition of sleeping in a new bed.  His baths were taken in the sink at my aunt's house :)  I think that the lavender did help relax him before bedtime, but unfortunately, it was like sleeping with a newborn again.

The second product that we reviewed was the EcoPets Hypoallergenic Pet Shampoo.  I was very excited to try this for one main reason: NO CHEMICALS!  Have you ever looked at the back of any of your standard pet shampoos?  I did!  Wow.  It is filled with chemicals, including multiple parabens!  I couldn't believe that I was putting this on my little babies!

The EcoPets shampoo was great.  It seemed, at first, very runny and "liquidy," but I was pleasantly surprised by how much it actually lathered.

I used it on my baby girl, Sandy, our Corgi.  Bless her heart - She is getting old and loves to bask out in this awful Texas heat.  Needless to say, she gets stinky - quick!

The shampoo lathered well on her and rinsed off quickly without any residue.  Once she dried, she smelled great and was very soft.

I was very happy with this product!

I extremely enjoyed reviewing these products from Ecostoreusa.com.  The products worked well and I love the fact that they promote healthy, safe and eco-friendly products for our families.

Please make sure to go and visit their website!  They currently have free shipping on orders of $25 or more.
