WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Before First Use: For cotton products, wash hot (100F/40C) 3-5 times.

Use: Do not use rash creams.

Dirty Storage: Store in dry pail/bin.

Wash: Use laundry tabs if available. Pre-wash cold. Wash hot (100F/40C) with bumGenius detergent. Extra rinse. No laundry additives. Line dry cover. Tumble dry insert. No fabric softeners. Use ¼ cup or 60 mL bleach in the hot wash once per month.

FABRIC CONTENT

Cover Outer: 100% Laminated Polyester

Cover Tabs: 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex

Insert Stay-Dry Layer: 100% Polyester

Insert Absorbent Layer: 80% Polyester, 20% Nylon

MY REVIEW

So this is the diaper that I received for the review.

We chose this one to review, because my favorite cloth diaper out there is the AI2 Grovia diaper, because of the removable snap in insert.  Elisa suggested that since this is what I liked, then I should try the Flip diaper due to similar characteristics......and so I did.

I LOVE these diapers....just as much as the Grovia diapers!

Here are a few reasons why:

1) The elastic around the thighs stays tight and secure - I had no problem with leaking.  Noah has thin little legs and so we have that issue every now and again.

2) The absorbency was great.  I not only tried the reusable Stay Dry insert, but was also given the opportunity to try the disposable inserts as well.  They were great too, but I think I might save those for when Baby Girl gets here in August.

3) Trim.  These diapers, unlike some of its counterparts, are trim and not too bulky in the butt :)  

4) The snap front wings have become somewhat of a must for me.  I used to love the ease and convenience of velcro, until using them multiple times and wearing them out.  I currently have most of my BumGenius velcro diapers out for conversion.  I liked how the Flip Diaper was a snap front.

5) Of course, my favorite part is the removable insert.  With pocket diapers and AIO's, once they are wet or soiled, they are done and time for a new diaper.  I like AI2's because I can use the shell over and over again.  Unlike the Grovia, though, this removable insert tucks inside of internal flaps rather than snaps.

6) Finally, the stay dry insert (as shown above) has a button system that allows for small, medium and large!

All in all, I truly loved the Flip and will probably end up buying more when I need more diapers.

When it come to Elisa and Babies, Bottoms and More, I love this company.  Working out of her home and yet making it a family affair, I find it truly refreshing.  She gives personal care and support from those who are just thinking about cloth diapering all the way through the seasoned diapering moms and dads.
