Hey there - I thought I would devote a spot on etsy primarily for my Scrabble Tile creations - pendants galore! (among other things)

About me - I'm a mom of three, oldest in college, WOOHOO! I thoroughly enjoy sarcasm, wit, intelligence, learning, science, and poking fun at all of the above. Hey, if we can't smile and laugh at the world and ourselves, well, I shudder to think what that would be like.

I also like wearing your heart on your sleeve - what you believe in, what you stand for, what is dear to your heart - I started making pinback buttons for just such occassion. Honestly, you'd be surprised who will randomly start a conversation with you based on a pin or peice of jewelry with a statement. Birds of a feather do tend to flock together. Or was that misery loves company? Suppose that would depend on the statement, eh? :o)

About the Upcycled Old Glory Scrabble Tile Pendant:

This is a Handmade pendant or tie tack made from an up-cycled Scrabble tile. I make each one as they are ordered, covering the image with high-quality, 3-D resin glaze that is as strong as glass and waterproof. A silver-plated bail or brass tie tack is attached to the back with industrial-strength glue.

♦ NOTE: This listing is for ordering the Pendant only - WITHOUT a chain. 

The wonderful thing about these lightweight, yet durable, pendants is that you can collect that perfect variety to slide on and off one chain, ribbon, leather necklace, etc. Or mix and match your collection! Makes wonderful gifts for teachers, friends, family, your wedding party…just use your imagination.

♦ PRODUCT CARE: The resin cover IS waterproof, but the wood tile is NOT. Please remove before swimming, bathing, or other prolonged exposure submerged in water. Choking Hazard, Small Parts - NOT for young children.
