I was pilfering through Facebook when I stumbled across this video on Stonyfield Farms Facebook page.

Seriously - take a minute to watch this.  It's pretty funny, but filled with great eye-opening information!

love this. it's a great way to get people who normally don't pay attention, to watch. I am a new follower form the blog hop and would love to have you visit my blog too. I have a vegetarian recipe I have been cooking since the 70s as today's post.
